Taking one huge bite out of the BIG APPLE

We had a big day today we woke up late and saw the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island which was really cool. Fun fact about the area around the Statue of Liberty the water line up is New York the water line down is New Jersey. Then we saw battery park and Ground Zero. Then we went on along drive up and saw the fire crew at FDNY Engine 84 Ladder 34 we got there and the trucks were out, but we have seen enough of fire trucks as of late. Then the Ladder came back and we got to see a hook and ladder park in some tight quarters. Ask Tony to see the really cool video of it the firemen were nice and showed us the the apparatus bays, but just as they arrived the brave firemen had a run and needed to get out. All was well and we went and saw the Yankees play the Royals which was cool downside however the Yankee fans don't like the wave. I thought they must be communists because the wave is like a hot dog at a baseball game. After the 7th inning stretch we took off for home because we were tired. Philadelphia tomorrow....... Look out city of brotherly love the boys of 815 are on there way!
